Fran Niehaus graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Salmon P. Chase Law School. He has practiced law, particularly in the areas of Wills and estates, since 1978, and has helped thousands of individuals and families with their estate planning and probate needs.
Fran is also a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner, and owns Niehaus Law Office, LLC, Niehaus Financial Services, LLC, and Niehaus Tax Services, LLC.
Fran and his wife, Peg, have three daughters and five grandchildren.

Additionally, Fran volunteers with St. Vincent de Paul helping neighbors get through difficult times and sponsors the BEDS fund, providing beds for neighbors who have none.
